  • Content Management of hotel website and all OTA property details.
  • Monitoring the OTA and Trip Advisor reviews on daily basis, reply to reviews and notify the management for action plan.
  • We manage social media pages like Facebook contents, images and promote the page to increase page likes. We shall also integrate a customized booking engine to ensure facebook visitors can book rooms instantly. Thus we avoid any commissions and fee.
  • We provide weekly report on every saturday on reviews, market position, revenue and bookings.
